Questions about working with us
Usually within two weeks of a signed agreement. The Audit and Diagnostic can start sooner. We keep a limited number of clients, so we'll confirm your date on the call.
A decision-maker who can join a weekly review, access to your analytics and users, and one owner on your side for approvals. We handle the rest of setup in week one.
You give 30 days notice and stop paying, with no wind-down fees or penalties. We'd rather part cleanly than hold a client who isn't getting value.
